As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and yoga instructor, Sophie specializes in cycle balancing, family planning and fertility support. Sophie is open about her personal journey with loss and infertility and can hold space in the conversation as both a peer and as a professional support in the field of fertility (and proves that these experiences don’t discriminate)
