Prep yourself and your support people with the understanding of labour. its signs, stages, phases and the progression of labour. gain a better understanding of the basics to help strengthen your relationship with your care provider, and allows for more time in appointments for more personal needs and concerns. Having a prior knowledge allows you to better advocate for your needs, and stay calm and in control in every stage of pregnancy, labour and postpartum.
