Our focus? Mom rage and burnout, which often grows from the soil of carrying too much, for too long. They are not flaws or failure to fix, but emotions asking to be heard. In this space, nothing needs to be hidden or judged. You are invited to slow down, soften, and explore these feelings with safety, support, and compassion.
Honour yourself through conversations of connection and solidarity, gain psychotherapist recommended tools and supports for this very real experience, enjoy a cozy meal and your choice of a head + face + shoulder massage or leg + foot massage.
