Birth and reproductive trauma can be profoundly isolating.

For many, the most painful part was not only what happened, but how alone you felt while it was happening. Even if you weren't physically alone, no one could fully witness your fear, your pain, or your reality. You survived something overwhelming, and then carried it by yourself long after it ended.

That kind of aloneness can linger. It can shape the story your body tells and the memories that return again and again.

This monthly group is a gentle, supportive space to come together with others who understand. A place to be witnessed, believed, and held with care. Together, we share stories, tend to your nervous system, and make room for the weight of what you have carried.

Here, you do not have to hold it alone.

Here, we lean into the safety of shared humanity.

Here, the aloneness begins to soften.

Led by doula Courtney Jenkins and Jess Golle Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).

You are invited to slow down, soften, and explore these feelings with safety, support, and compassion with Jess Golle, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).

Together, we’ll share experiences, learn practical coping tools, and gain new perspectives in a supportive and safe space. Group therapy is a more affordable way to access support and can be incredibly powerful in reducing isolation, building connection, and creating gentle accountability as you move toward feeling more grounded and supported. Whether you go to therapy regularly and are looking to build community or you are new to therapy this space is for you.

We will meet on Tuesdays for 4 weeks, from 6-7pm.

The perinatal era, from fertility through to postpartum, is almost exclusively marketed as a time of joy and celebration. But what about when it isn't? What happens when we have to face death, infertility, miscarriage and loss in all of its forms?

What if the perinatal era is actually steeped in sorrow, in grief, in disappointment. And what about the anger, the loneliness and the fear? Though rarely acknowledged these are very real and present emotions that deserve to be here too.

You don't need to make your story smaller or quieter to uphold society's expectations; it isn't just about joy and celebration there is so much more here. Come have your voice heard, come be seen and validated in the fullness of this. We're here and we are listening.

Led by doula Courtney Jenkins, fertility specialist Sophie Goutos, and Jess Golle Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).

AND SO MUCH MORE.

The technique is easy and only requires 15-20 minutes a day once you practice it, with a world of benefits for you and your baby. I would love to see you there.

When a child's nervous system is activated it can be really loud and wildly overstimulating! It can also be surprisingly quiet and unnerving. Regardless of how it manifests, a dysregulated nervous system often feels chaotic for everyone involved.

What if you could remain the calm in that chaos? Not just for them, but also for you.

Come explore nervous system regulation translated to practical, everyday skills. Let's choose steadiness over suppression, honesty over perfection and self-compassion over impossible expectations.

Our weekly play cafe is every Sunday offering biweekly themed sensory play, crafts and story times. See social media for details.
