Psychotherapy.

Jess Golle (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).

book with Jess.

Jess works from a trauma-responsive and integrative approach informed IFS-inspired 'parts' work, somatic awareness, and narrative meaning-making.

She is especially attuned to the experiences of individuals navigating major life transitions, including perinatal mood concerns, complex family dynamics, queer identity exploration, and self-discovery after religious trauma. She supports clients as they reflect on the inner landscapes that shape their patterns, pain, and possibilities.

Jess values authenticity and works collaboratively with clients to cultivate self-trust, inner coherence, and the freedom to inhabit their full selves. With a background in crisis work and years of walking alongside people in moments of profound vulnerability, Jess brings steadiness, clarity, and gentleness to the therapeutic process.  Her practice is grounded in honesty, compassion, and unwavering respect for each client’s lived story.
