Led by Ellen Koennecke of Yoga in the Sound - yoga nidra is a guided, restorative meditation that relaxes the body and places the mind in a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping- ideal for those experiencing sleep deprivation, or poor sleep because we get it.

Please wear your cozies, bring along a mat, pillows, blankets and anything else that feels deeply restful and cozy. Our cafe will be open with treats, coffee, tea and mocktails.

All tired moms events are open to all moms and caregivers who would benefit from a childfree event designed with them in mind. There is no age expectation- whether your littles (or not so littles) are 0 or 30, you are welcome here.
