MONDAY

all peer support evenings are held on Mondays from 7:30pm-8:30pm, with alternating topics. peer led conversations, inspired by community members with lived experiences and space held by a professionals in the field who can provide further support. together we will hold space for hard conversations and make them less hard, less isolating. no registration required, just come as you are. we’ve got it from here.

loss + infertility.

birth trauma.

taking place on the second Monday of every month with Sophie of Oceans Within Wellness. As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and yoga instructor, Sophie specializes in cycle balancing, family planning and fertility support. Sophie is open about her personal journey with loss and infertility and can hold space in the conversation as both a peer and as a professional support in the field of fertility (and proves that these experiences don’t discriminate)

taking place on the third Monday of every month with Aislinn of Whole Life Counselling and Lauren, the proud mama of Sienna. Aislinn is a registered psychotherapist with a passion of supporting perinatal mental health. Lauren, is a passionate advocate in building spaces for folks who have experienced birth trauma and supporting them in healing and navigating the systems of support + legal rights following a traumatic birth.

the mental load of parenthood.

taking place on the fourth Monday of every month with Jess of Sound Youth Counselling. An honest view of parenthood and all the mental load of it all. Reparenting, conscious parenting, identity change, overstimulation and dysregulation oh my! Nothing is off the table as we break down the barriers of what it means to be a parent today. Explore conversations often left for the therapy space.


WEDNESDAY

peer led feeding circle.

led by Hannah Salt + Kayla Bradley to offer families the opportunity to connect with families learning to breast/body/chestfeed their little ones. no struggle required to join. simply looking for likeminded folks? this space is for you. needing some guidance and support? both Kayla + Hannah have collective years of experience with feeding and are here to help. have a q outside of their knowledge? they can direct you to appropriate supports.

every Wednesday from 11am-12pm (check social media for updates + cancelations)

feeding can be so hard. you are never alone.

ask an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) your questions as you navigate feeding your little one. find solidarity with other moms and parents facing the same triumphs and challenges!

we welcome anyone who is pregnant, nursing, hand expressing, exclusively pumping, combination feeding, formula feeding, providing their milk or donor milk for a child, or striving to do so. babes and children who are feeding are welcome, older siblings can be accommodated.

runs every Wednesday from 10am-12pm (unless we are at a birth, follow us on social media for last minute changes)
