Postpartum Support

Investment in self: $40/hr

• this service is different from private nanny support as I only work with children under the age of one year, and focus on the birthing person’s wellbeing and needs. I also am never left alone with any children

• discuss birth and answer and questions

• postpartum education and help navigating parenthood

• light household tasks such as dishes, sweeping and babies laundry

• preparing light snacks and meals, assisting with meal prep

• assisting with diaper changes, feeds and holding baby

• allow parents time to rest or focus on other obligations

• access to lending library and community resources

• customizable contract; minimum of 12 hours per contract, and a minimum of 4 hours per postpartum shift to ensure you receive the best support

• overnight shifts are available (fee increases)

• ** only accepting clients in Parry Sound and surrounding areas. Travel fees extra for distant clients. Ask me who I recommend in your hometown!**
